BRAHMAPUR,2/5 (Abhijit Kar): The students of Nilakantha Nagar Saraswati Sishu Vidyamandir under the local housing board area have achieved unprecedented success in the state in the 10th class board examination results this year. In this regard, a congratulatory and felicitation program was organized in the Vidyamandir premises today. In the presence of the President of the Institutional Management Committee Dr. Jivanand Tripathi, Secretary Narayan Panda, Vidyamandir Principal S. Mohan Rao, School Academic Administrator Umadhav Mohanty, the students who have achieved high marks in the examination this year were presented with bouquets and sweets and congratulated them. In this context, Vidyamandir Principal S. Mohan Rao informed that the students of this school, who have been achieving 100% results for the last 33 years, have earned fame in the state by achieving 100% this year as well.
This year, a total of 341 students appeared for the 10th class board examination, out of which 98 students scored A-1 grade i.e. above 90%, 161 students scored A-2 grade i.e. above 80%, 56 students scored B-1 grade i.e. above 70%, 22 students scored B-2 grade i.e. above 60%, 3 students scored C grade i.e. above 50% and 1 student scored D-1 grade, creating a record in the state. Among others, Sumit Kumar Dash and Ankita Sahu stood first with a total of 582 marks (97%), while A. Ashutosh Sarab, Archita Acharya, Shreya Jyotirmiyee Padhi 580 (96.66%) in 2nd Place and Priyadarshini Gouda 576 (96%) in third place, Smriti Ranjan Tripathi 573 (95.5%) in fourth place, Saurabh Gouda 570 (95%) in fifth place, Adyasha Das 568 (94.66%) in sixth place, Abhilash Patra 567 (94.5%) in seventh place, Adyasha Nahak 565 (94.16%) in eighth place, Shreyashri Sahu 564 (94%) in ninth place and Abhishek Patnaik 563 (93.83%) in tenth place, maintaining the previous glory of Vidyamandir, informed the Principal.
Among others, the Joint Secretary of the Management Committee, Nilakantha Sahu, Treasurer, Somanath Nanda, Members, Mrs. Pranati Samal, Mrs. Basanti Behera, Advisors, Narasingh Choudhury, Dharmaraj Sahu, Mrs. Mamata Panigrahi, Dr. Harikrishna Nayak, Purnachandra Panda, Harikrishna Padhi, Sudarshan Padhi, invited member Rajendra Dakua and K. Venkat Rao, and Principal of the Sishu Mandir Anil Kumar Dash were present at the event. The students gave credit to their parents and the authorities of the Vidyamandir for this success. Many guardians, including the parents of all the students, were present.
